Beosam / Shopify commerce
Beosam needed more than a polished storefront. Arup shaped the brand system, rebuilt the Shopify experience, repaired the product foundations, and carried the work through launch.

The challenge
Beosam is a clothing brand built around strong visual worlds, distinctive garments, and a refusal to look ordinary. The storefront had to carry that attitude while still making shopping clear.
Arup connected the expressive layer to the operational layer: collection logic, product data, filters, size information, reviews, cart behavior, checkout integration, and a launch process that could survive real use.
The result was a commerce system with a recognizable voice and the structure needed to keep selling, editing, and expanding.
The operating model
The storefront, the product data, the content, the catalog, and the launch checks were treated as one connected piece of work.
A visual language with five distinct worlds.
A custom theme for shopping, discovery, and conversion.
Better copy, measurement, filters, and catalog logic.
Responsive checks and checkout integration preserved.
What Arup shipped
Verified at launch
The work was checked against the live store, the responsive experience, the product system, and the checkout handoff.
Five visual worlds
Signature, Motion, Court, Escapes, and Rest became distinct shopping experiences inside one system.
76 products audited
Product names, descriptions, measurements, charts, and catalog details were checked against store data.
Launch verified
The published theme passed the final storefront checks with the Shiprocket checkout integration preserved.
One accountable partner
Brand, storefront, product systems, SEO, and operations stayed connected from decision to launch.
Bring the storefront, product system, or operational knot that needs a clearer next move.
Talk about a projectBring the messy version. A rough idea, an underperforming campaign, a spreadsheet that became a product, or a stack that stopped talking to itself.
The first conversation is free. No pitch deck and no account-manager handoff.
